5:30 p.m. pst.
Drove east on hwy 46, a two lane ribbon of road through newly greened meadow's. No man made structures for 90 miles, i am one of a handful of cars in either direction. For two and a half hours I view the eclipse unobstructed.
Sustained connection. Being and time. My sense of self inescapeably altered.
Sounds like the perfect place to set up an observatory!
