Huge Meteor over Canada


Yesterday (Nov. 20, 2008), a very large meteor burned up over Edmonton, Alberta. The fireball was seen from northern Saskatchewan to southern Alberta. The streaking meteor was reported to shake the ground in some locations, and is suspected to have made an impact 200 kilometers South of Calgary. So far, no injuries or loss of property has been reported.
